Loh Moo Dee (อ่าวโละหมูดี) is Phi Phi Don's best-kept secret: a pale-sand cove on the east coast with no beach club and no loungers, where the only footprints are often your own. The trail extends the Long Beach coastal walk, tipping over the headland onto the far side — 2.7 easy-to-moderate kilometres, and total seclusion less than an hour from the village.
Same start as the Long Beach trail: the village's eastern lanes, then the coastal path hopping from cove to cove facing Phi Phi Leh.
Cross Hat Yao and its white sand — a first swim if you fancy it. At the end of the beach the trail resumes behind the last bungalows.
A short jungle climb to tip over onto the east coast. The path is narrow and rooty: the "adventure" section of the route, to be taken calmly.
Drop down to the cove: translucent water, tree shade from late morning, and most likely nobody. Decent snorkeling on the northern side of the bay.
