Terms of Sale

1. Scope

Phi Phi Paradise Travel is a travel agency based in Koh Phi Phi (Thailand), offering excursions, transfers and tailor-made trips across Thai destinations.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is firm upon payment (full or deposit). Online payments are handled by Stripe (3-D Secure). Prices are in Thai Baht (THB), VAT included where applicable.

With a deposit, the balance is due in cash on the day or by bank transfer before the service.

3. Changes and cancellation

• More than 48h before: free cancellation, full refund.
• Between 48h and 24h: 50% retained.
• Less than 24h or no-show: no refund.
• Date change is free up to 48h before departure, subject to availability.

4. Cancellation by Phi Phi Paradise Travel

We cancel with full refund (or free rescheduling) in case of adverse weather, maritime safety or force majeure.

5. Responsibilities

Services are provided by partner operators licensed in Thailand. Participants must disclose medical conditions relevant to participation. Water activities are at your own responsibility.

6. Insurance

Travel insurance covering water activities is strongly recommended. Phi Phi Paradise Travel does not provide personal insurance.

7. Complaints

Any complaint must reach us within 14 days at [email protected]. Response within 7 business days.

8. Law and jurisdiction

Thai law applies. Courts of Krabi have jurisdiction. EU customers retain access to the EU ODR platform (Regulation 524/2013).
