How do I book an excursion?

Via WhatsApp, the site chat or the form. Reply within 24 business hours with a quoted proposal. 30% deposit, balance on arrival in THB or via PromptPay.

What is the best time to travel in Thailand?

For the islands (Phi Phi, Phuket, Krabi): November to April. For the north (Chiang Mai): November to February. Avoid March and April in Chiang Mai because of agricultural burning.

Do the guides speak English?

By default captains and local guides speak English. A dedicated English or French guide can be added to most excursions from 800 THB per group. Our agent remains reachable 7 days a week.

What happens in bad weather?

If the authorities close the national parks or halt maritime departures, we reschedule or fully refund. The decision is made at dawn.

Can I pay by card?

The deposit can be paid by card or international transfer. The balance is settled in THB cash or via PromptPay (Thai QR, compatible with international cards).

Do you design multi-destination itineraries?

It's a specialty: Bangkok + Chiang Mai, Phuket + Phi Phi + Krabi, or the grand tour. We orchestrate transfers, hotels and activities with no downtime.

Many of our travellers come with children (from age 3). We adjust duration, intensity and lunch timing. Give us the ages and we'll adapt.
