How to get there
By speedboat from Koh Phi Phi (Tonsai), Koh Lanta, and the other Trang islands (Koh Ngai, Koh Kradan). It's a natural stop if you're heading south down the Andaman toward wilder islands.
When to go
November to April: dry season, calm sea — essential to access the Emerald Cave (tide + sea state). Like the other Trang islands, Koh Muk winds down in low season: check openings and links before booking May to October.
How many nights, and what to pair it with
1-2 nights suffice for the cave (early) and the beaches. It combines ideally with Koh Lanta (guide), Koh Ngai or Koh Kradan for a Trang-islands circuit. Tell us how far south you want to go and our team will build the itinerary and transfers.
