The mistakes that make people miss flights
Lining up the last boat with the flight. The HKT check-in buffer isn't negotiable, and the Rassada → airport road can exceed 1h in traffic.
Underestimating the weather. July to September, a crossing can be delayed or cancelled by rough seas. It's the #1 cause of missed flights from Phi Phi.
Forgetting the port transfer. Depending on your beach (Tonsai, Long Beach, Laem Tong), reaching the right pier takes time — see longtail or speedboat.
