Date change: free up to 48 hours before, subject to availability.
Cancelled by us (bad weather, maritime safety, force majeure): full refund or a free new date, your choice.

During the monsoon (May to October), boats go out most days: showers are often short. When the sea is too rough, our team on the island makes the call, and safety comes first. Payment

Secure online payment through Stripe (3-D Secure), prices in Thai baht.
A booking is confirmed once paid (in full or with a deposit).
With a deposit, the balance is paid in cash on the day or by bank transfer before the service.
Boat transfers: online payment only, never cash; any amount still due must be paid no later than 3 days before the trip.
