Annual closure (1 Aug – 30 Sep): during the monsoon, Maya Bay is admired from the water — no landing. Swimming and snorkelling take place at Pileh Lagoon and Loh Samah instead; the rest of the itinerary is unchanged.
The comfort of a catamaran to discover Phi Phi
The same program as the classic day trip — Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon, Monkey Beach and the finest reefs — but aboard a spacious catamaran. More stable, wider, with shade: it's the option we recommend for families, groups and anyone who dislikes the jolts of a speedboat.
A stress-free day
The catamaran lets everyone breathe: kids have room to move, parents relax, and the sea stays gentle even when it kicks up a little. The pace is easy, with plenty of time at each spot to enjoy without rushing.
Tip: book early in high season (November–April) and aim for the first departure — Maya Bay fills up fast, and the catamaran reaches the lagoon before the big crowds.

Before you go
Good to know
Prone to seasickness?
Take a tablet ~30 min before departure, sit mid-boat, keep your eyes on the horizon and avoid heading out on an empty stomach.
Beat the crowds
Iconic spots like Maya Bay are far calmer early in the day. Our morning departures get you there before the midday ferry rush.
National park fees
Some sites sit inside a national park, so an entrance fee may apply. Check the “Not included” list above so there are no surprises.
Sun & reef care
The tropical sun is strong — bring a hat, sunglasses and plenty of water. Reef-safe sunscreen is required in Thai marine parks.
What to pack
Swimwear under your clothes, a towel, a dry bag for your phone, and a change of clothes for the trip back.
