Why privatize
For French-speaking travelers, Bangkok on a group tour is:
- 2 hours journey in full buses to arrive on site,
- Quick English guide difficult to follow,
- Rhythm imposed on the whole crowd.
In French-speaking private:
- Explanations in careful French with a guide who knows his country.
- Flexible pace — 1 hour more at the Grand Palais if you love it, 10 minutes in Chinatown if you're tired.
- Additional sites that the tour group does not have time to do (Wat Arun, klongs, flower market, Chinatown).
Transportation
The guide uses local transport (BTS, MRT, boat on Chao Phraya, long tail for klongs, taxis). It's more authentic than a private van and lets you experience Bangkok like a local. Private van option available on request (+2,500 THB/day).
No deposit upon reservation. Cash payment to your guide at the end of the day (THB). Prices subject to change depending on season.
